The home is so close to Disney. Water park at the clubhouse was rated outstanding by three children, ages 11, 10 and 7. Pool at house and game room were well utilized.
Had a fantastic 10 night stay in this lovely home, fully equipped and the pool was a great hit. I don’t think the pictures do it justice!

I would recommend this home weather your traveling as a family or as a group of friends. This home can accommodate 6 couples or a family of up to 12. Very spacious with each having their own privacy. Gorgeous family room. Kitchen was perfect. The kids enjoyed every moment at the pool.
The property was as described and shown in pictures. Large open family area, comfortable bedrooms, an office space and pool table. Great pool and deck area with a view of the lake. The grandkids enjoyed looking for and spotting wildlife. Definitely a villa we would consider using again.

We really enjoyed our stay in this home. It was quite cozy and spacious. My children loved the lazy river and the arcade the most! I enjoyed being able to use the gym facility while on vacation. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a nice stay at this home. Two things I noticed that were nice touches upon our arrival were some lights were left on for us, so we didn't have to enter a dark house and all the bathrooms were equipped with hand soap. There were some beach towels provided, which was nice to have for the pool and our day trip to the beach in Clearwater. One highlight of the stay was the pool complex the community offered.
My family and I stayed in the Villa for a week in early April. The description was accurate and we very much enjoyed our time there. We found the Villa very spacious and the external pool area was excellent. Communication with the host was easy and I always received swift replies. Thanks for hosting us and if we return to Orlando I'm sure we would look to rent the Villa again.
Everyone had a great time. All the rooms were spacious and had nice size bathrooms. My 2 yr old LOVED the Elsa room. We spent almost every night out side by the pool. Owner was very quick with responses. Definitely will be booking again in the future.

The pictures online did not do this home justice. The home and the neighborhood was absolutely beautiful and clean. This home is located in a gated community which gave our family a sense of safety. If this home is available on our next family vacation we would definitely choose this house again.
The home was as advertised. The upstairs living room was amazingly spacious and provided ample room for us all to have our space. Nice and close to community pool for walking with family. The lazy river was a nice experience for all members of our family. It was nice to have our own pool to relax in. Close enough to stores for our needs. Would stay again.

This was a wonderful house. Plenty of space to lounge and relax both inside and outside. For the kids the favorite area was the game room. The old school arcade game has 200 games loaded on it that provided hours of fun competition. The kids also loved the home theater to watch movies and have popcorn. Communication was excellent and check in and out was simple. Would definitely recommend this home!
We stayed here for two weeks. We really liked the layout of the house and especially the pool. It overlooked a small pond with great views and wildlife. We really enjoyed our stay.

We were so happy with the location and size of this property. It is great for entertaining and enjoying a vacation with friends! The heated pool and hot tub were great! The beds in the master bedrooms are very uncomfortable along with the pillows. Very satisfied and will come again!

This was a wonderful home to vacation at. The backyard pool area was perfect for our family of five. The landscaping on the sides of the pool area was beautiful and provided privacy. The game room was lots of fun and we were all very comfortable in our rooms. The resort pool area was beautiful. We added the pool at the house and I was glad we did! It had a really nice spa attached to the pool. We were very happy with our stay.

Awesome stay. The kids loved the pool. The Minnie room has trundle beds so all three kids could bunk together. The space was exactly what we needed for 7 people. The home is located near the back gate to the complex, which made it super easy to come and go. Getting to Universal, Disney and the airport from the home was a breeze. The kids have already decided we have to come back next year.
