Our townhouse in Venetian Bay Village spans 1470 sq. ft. and has four bedrooms. One of these is a handicap-accessible bedroom on the main floor, complete with a king-size bed and a private bathroom with a Jacuzzi. The living area is outfitted with amenities such as wireless internet, cable TV, and a large variety of games for the family. There is also a spacious dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with a K-Cup coffee maker.

On the upper level, there are three bedrooms. The main bedroom has a queen-size bed, dresser, desk, and a TV, as well as a private bathroom. The other two bedrooms each have two twin beds. An additional bathroom is located on this level, along with a washer and dryer.

Located in the gated Venetian Bay Village community, guests will discover amenities such as a private lake, a recreation and fitness center, four pools, playgrounds, tennis courts, volleyball, basketball, picnic areas, a game room with pool tables, air hockey, pinball, and video machines, and a children's movie theater. Guests can also use the on-site business center with wireless high-speed internet, computers, and printers. Additionally, there is an on-site car wash facility.

Our townhouse is conveniently located near popular attractions such as Walt Disney World, Sea World, Aquatica Water Park and Discovery Cove, Universal Studios/Islands of Adventure Parks, LEGOLand Florida, Medieval Times Dinner Theater, and Gatorland Park. It is situated between Osceola Parkway and Route 192 (Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway) with easy access to Route 4, Orlando International Airport, and all Orlando attractions. The townhouse is just 8 miles from Walt Disney World and easily accessible via Route 4, Osceola Parkway, John Young Parkway, Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway/W. Vine Street (Rt 192), The Florida Turnpike, and Route 528 (Bee Line Expressway).
